Reflecting on 2025, Thanking Our Clients and Looking Ahead! 

As 2025 draws to a close, we have taken a moment to reflect on what has been a busy and rewarding year for AltMarkt Services. This year has brought a wide range of projects across Essex, East Anglia, Bedfordshire, Kent and beyond, and we are incredibly proud of the progress made with the schools and organisations we support. 

From delivering Building Surveying and Project Management services to guiding trusts through complex estate planning and funding routes, our focus has remained the same, to provide clear, practical and strategic support at every stage. We have continued to strengthen our work around Condition Improvement Funding, School Condition Allocation Funding and long-term estate strategies, and we are grateful for the faith our clients place in us year after year. 

A sincere thank you goes to every school, trust, contractor and partner who have worked with us throughout 2025. Your collaboration and commitment have made a real difference to the outcomes we have been able to achieve together. We value every relationship, and we never take your confidence in our team for granted. 

As we head into 2026, we are excited to build on the foundations set this year. With new projects already underway and ongoing opportunities for schools to strengthen their estates, we remain committed to delivering advice and support that is tailored, transparent and grounded in over fifteen years of experience.

Christmas and New Year Office Hours 

Our office will be closed from Monday 22nd December and will reopen on Monday 5th January 2026.
